OVFM Spring Show 2013
It’s that time of year when OVFM celebrates the days getting brighter, the weather is getting warmer and the trees and plants are in bloom once again. So what better way is there for a film club to mark this occasion by sharing with everyone the best of the many films made over the past twelve months along with a few gems from the archive. We shall also be taking a look back over the past twelve months in the Orpington/Bromley region through the annual Newsreel.
The 2013 Spring Show will take place on FRIDAY 22nd March at 7.30 pm

Club members get in free but for others the tickets are £5 – which includes refreshments – and are available from our secretary Freddy Beard on 01689 813616 .

I hope everyone enjoyed the show as much as I did.
Thanks to all who spread the word, sold tickets, brought their friends along, served refreshments, ran the raffle and helped in whatever way to make it happen.
Let’s do it all again for the Autumn Show!
A huge turnout from what I could see – estimated around 130 or so.
Good job to all involved (although I couldn’t hear Sam too well being at the back. The acoustics of the hall didn’t help)and here’s hoping the Autumn Show does just as well.
