  1. We were both shocked to hear this sad news.
Val often used to sit with us at meetings and chat.It didn’t seem all that long ago we saw him. We hadn’t realised that he was so ill.
Our condolences to his wife and family.

  2. I cannot believe this sad news about Val – it seems only a short while ago he was involved in the club’s training movie. Condolences to his wife and family on this tragic turn of events.

  3. What a shock, here I am moaning about my own problems and Val had been suffering with motor neuron, this is a disabiletating disease that usually last for months so I suppose he is fortunate in being taking so quickly. As Mike says it was only last year when we were all making that short film at one of the teaching sessions. Val was always ready for a chat during our coffee/tea breaks at the OVFM. I’m sure he will be sadly missed by all.
My condolences to his wife and family.

    RIP VAL
